The goal of this Website is to provide the due recognition of the girls who have participated and are continuing to participate in girls wrestling as a start toward the sanctioning of girls wrestling as an LHSAA sport, and to encourage more young ladies to participate in the future.

If you or someone you know wrestled for a Louisiana high school who is not on this list, please notify the Webmaster so that young lady can earn her proper in the list of these extraordinary girl athletes.

If you are already listed on this Website but have information which could add to your history, please contact the Webmaster as well so your profile can be updated.

Photos are the prized gems of Websites like this.  If you have any photos from your wrestling days, please feel free to send digitized ones via email.  If they are not yet digitized you can mail them (yes, the U.S.P.S. still works just fine) and the Webmaster will scan them and promptly return them to you.  If there are photos in a year book, a photo of those photos can be sent and used after a little manipulation.  Please try to include the names of the individuals in the photographs as well as the dates and locations if you know them.

Testimonials would be wonderful to tell today's high school girls how you benefitted by getting through the practices, the matches and the seasons.  Tell them what you did, why you did it, why you liked it and, most of all, how it benefitted you re non-wrestling related aspects of your life.
